- Superior lumber used in all construction: Douglas fir dimensional lumber including 2 x 6 studs for exterior walls; T.J.I. floor joists (engineered lumber that does not change dimensions later); subfloors of 3/4 inch tongue and groove edged fir plywood
- Upgraded roof shingles (architectural type) - GAF brand Timberline 30 year
- Andersen brand "Tilt-Wash Double-Hung" windows (open to the inside for easy washing), Andersen Permashield patio doors; Wayne Dalton insulated steel garage doors
- Exterior siding; quality vinyl siding (with color all the way through); choice of color
- Maintenance-free vinyl siding soffits and fascia clad aluminum
- Seamless aluminum rain gutters
- Large deck at the rear of house (constructed of treated lumber)
- Heavy fiberglass insulation: R-38 ceilings; R-19 exterior walls; basement walls are insulated.
- 2 zone heating (gas-forced air) and 2 zone air conditioning
- 2 car garages and full basements
- Choice of kitchen cabinets
- Gas fireplaces with cultured stone veneer wall front and stone mantel and hearth
- Spa type master bathrooms with whirlpool bathtub and separate 4 foot wide shower
- Oak floors in dining room; foyer and hallway by bedrooms. Choice of ceramic tile for floors of the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms
- Carpet allowance for the balance of the interior floors of the living areas
- Interior wood trim; choice of stained and polyurethaned clear moldings and painted moldings
- Interior doors; choice of painted six-panel colonial style doors or flush birch veneer doors, stained and polyurethaned for that natural look
- Exterior grounds; graded and grass seeded; stone driveways
